Important dates for 2012

Budget meeting:  September 4, 2012 @6pm

Town board meeting will remain the same the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm.

Court will be the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

Trash day will be June 2, 2012 from 7am -10 am

Rabies clinic will be June 13, 2012 from 3:30- 5:00 pm

Motion made by C. Gillespie and seconded by C. Coddington to accept these dates.

Mileage for D.C.O. and Codes enforcer was discussed. We will do a budget transfer at the end of the year and this will be included in their pay.

      Pay roll will be as follows:

John Coddington- twice a year June and December

Craig Gillespie- twice a year June and December

Perry Siver- once a year

Scott Crossett Once a year in November

Registrar – Once a year December

Historical- once a year in December

Dog control- Monthly

Tax collector- Once a year in October
